Where can I download Smallville episodes for free besides torrents?

Every time I download a torrent it takes a whole day and it doesn’t even have sound. Are there any sites where I can download smallville episodes for free in .avi or .mp4 formats? Thanks in advance!!

You are probs just downloading or bad torrent sites, try mininova.com they have most smallville up to the end of season 7.. not sure about 8 yet but probably… make sure that theres at least 4-5 times as many seeders than there are leechers.
